Shipping and Payment

We ship drugs across the world and accept the following payments: Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, Discover, AMEX, JCB, and E-Checks.

We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days using one of the delivery options given below:

  1. Regular AirMail (standard registered mail, non-trackable). Delivery usually takes 14 to 21 days from the date the drugs have been shipped. The maximum delivery term is 30 days. The products are sent in opaque packaging and left in your mailbox;
  2. EMS delivery (express service, trackable). Delivery usually takes 5 to 9 days from the date the drugs have been shipped. The maximum delivery term is 14 days.

Important: The pharmacy will not process your order on weekends.

Keep in mind that large orders can be sent in 2 separate packages and may not arrive on the same day. Original and generic products will also be shipped in separate packages and may not be delivered on the same day.

If your order is lost or arrives damaged or some items are missing, My Canadian Pharmacy will either resend it for free or offer a refund. For this, you need to contact our customer care department (visit our Contact Us page)
