Do you sell both original and generic products?

Yes, we offer both original and generic products.

How can I order products from your pharmacy?

You can place an order online without leaving your home. Please visit our How to Order page for more information.

Do I need to send a prescription?

We do not require a prescription for OTC products but do require a prescription for all RX products. In the latter case, you should email your prescription to prescription@weavervilledrug.com.

What payments do you accept?

You can pay for your meds via major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, Discover, AMEX, JCB). We also accept e-Checks.

Do you ship across the world?

My Canadian Pharmacy ships drugs internationally. However, some exceptions may occur. Please check the order form or contact us to find out whether the delivery is possible to the place of your residence.

What delivery methods do you use?

You can choose between 2 delivery methods: EMS (trackable express service) and regular airmail service (not trackable). Visit our Shipping and Payment page for more details.

How much is shipping?

The shipping fee will depend on the delivery method you opt for and the destination address. EMS costs $30, while airmail service costs $10. To find out your shipping fee, add the desired products to the virtual shopping cart and proceed to checkout.

Is my order confidential?

Yes, your order will be confidential. All orders are shipped in opaque packages without any inscriptions of the contents.

What if my order is damaged, incomplete or did not arrive?

In this case, you should contact our customer support team. We will either resend the goods at no cost or offer you a full refund.

Can I check the status of my order online?

You can track your order online if you’ve chosen the EMS delivery service. If your order has not arrived on the expected date, contact our customer support team and we will try to resolve the problem.
